She began her consulting practice in 2014 after more than thirty years in architecture and design. As a designer, her experience has spanned all aspects of the design process: project management, strategic planning, quantitative and qualitative programming, workplace strategy development, and change management. Lori is an authority on leading workplace trends and strategies; she’s worked throughout the U.S. with global organizations that include The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, PATH, Boeing, Starbucks, and the General Services Administration (GSA).
